The prediction tool has been developed for patients with non-metastatic pN0 oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (pT1-T4N0M0, UICC/AJCC 8th Edition) who have undergone surgical treatment of the primary tumor and neck dissection with curative intent. It is not intended for patients with recurrent or second primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, nor for those who have previously undergone irradiation of the head and neck region.
